"Talìvo", "we", "us" refers to the operator of the Talìvo platform. "User", "you" refers to any individual or entity using Talìvo. "Service" refers to the AI-powered website creation, editing and publishing tools provided through talivo.tech. "Content" refers to any text, images, data or other materials uploaded, generated or published by users.

Talìvo is an AI-powered platform that allows users to create, edit and publish websites. We offer a Free plan with limited features (up to 3 projects, no publishing) and a paid Pro plan (€4.99/month) that unlocks publishing on a Talìvo subdomain and unlimited updates.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information during registration. • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. • Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Pro plan (€4.99/month) is billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider (Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to: • Pay all fees associated with your selected plan. • Authorize recurring charges until you cancel. • Understand that fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Talìvo owns all rights to the platform, software, branding and underlying technology. You retain ownership of the content you upload or generate. When you publish a site, you grant us a limited license to host, display and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer any part of Talìvo's platform without our written permission.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload or publish through Talìvo. You agree not to use the service to: • Create or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory or discriminatory content. • Infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights of third parties. • Distribute malware, spam or engage in phishing. • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to suspend the responsible account.

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates or changes to the platform at any time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Talìvo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or legality of websites generated by users.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy. Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to attempt an amicable resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a platform notice. Continued use of Talìvo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
